Position: Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN)

Your role is pivotal in stabilizing critically ill patients, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and ensuring exceptional outcomes in life-threatening situations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Triage, assess, and provide direct nursing care to patients of all ages
- Perform rapid assessments and respond to critical changes in patient condition
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and internal departments
- Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately
- Educate patients and families on follow-up care and resources
- Maintain a safe, clean, patient-focused environment
- Support a collaborative team culture
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience in Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, or Emergency Department
- Active RN license (state-specific or multistate compact)
Certifications:
- BLS (within 30 days of hire)
- ACLS (within 90 days)
- PALS (within 90 days)
- Nonviolent Crisis Prevention/Intervention (within 6 months)
- ENPC or TNCC (within 6 months)
- Additional emergency or trauma certifications strongly preferred

Competitive Pay:
- Base Rate: $32–$45/hour
- Differential: Up to $7/hour for nights/weekends
- Sign-On Bonus: $10K–$15K (paid over time based on shift and position)
