Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Registered Nurse (RN)

We’re hiring a MICU RN in Ocala, Florida who wants high-acuity medical critical care experience and long-term growth in a Level I Trauma Center.

You’ll step into a medical ICU role focused on delivering patient-centered care for complex, critically ill patients. You’ll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team while using strong clinical judgment to assess, perform, teach, and manage care with confidence.

• You have 1+ year of acute care RN experience with higher acuity preferred
• You hold an active Florida RN license or compact license

Compensation & Benefits

• $32.00–$48.00 per hour based on experience
• $4.25 night differential and $3 weekend differential
