Contract Duration: 3 months (from projected start date)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (40 hours/week)

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Prioritize, organize, and conduct investigations related to medical cases.
Collaborate with Medical Consultants and Outside Medical Consultants to ensure efficient case processing.
Collect and organize data for timely completion of cases.
Oversee cases before the Board, including investigations on quality of care, professional conduct, and sensitive issues like substance abuse and sexual misconduct.
Ensure quality control and accurate case preparation for Board reviews.
Participate in investigative meetings, track case status, and help reduce case resolution time.
Use Thentia software to manage workflow and support collaborative team dynamics.
Required Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma (minimum)
Additional Skills: Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple cases, excellent communication skills, and experience with medical or legal investigations is likely beneficial.
