Job Summary

Gameday Men's Health is seeking an entry-level Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team! As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will be working in a moderate-complexity lab running tests and procedures for testosterone, PSA, and Hgb/Hct using NanoEntek Frend devices, following all lab safety guidelines and procedures, and recording results accurately. You will also perform basic maintenance and calibration on the systems you use every day, stock supplies as needed, and maintain a safe, clean working environment at all times. The ideal candidate has the proper laboratory certification and excellent attention to detail. This job is perfect for newly certified lab technicians looking to get experience immediately!

Responsibilities

Run a variety of tests and procedures on samples using existing lab equipment

Calibrate and maintain all equipment used daily, as needed

Maintain excellent records of all results, and provide comprehensive reports on them to the necessary individual

Maintain a clean, sterile work environment

Qualifications

Current certification or the ability to obtain one by the time of employment desired

Previous lab experience desired

Strong attention to detail

Familiarity with lab safety procedures
