About the Role:

Atlantic Mobile Imaging Services is looking for a driven and organized Lead Dispatch Coordinator to join our team in Ormond Beach, FL. This is a key leadership role where you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our mobile imaging services run smoothly, efficiently, and on time. Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily dispatch schedules for mobile imaging technologists and equipment

Monitor Fleet with routine checks and maintenance

Supervise orders from Providers and monitor assigned orders dispatched to techs

Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming service requests, facilities, and field staff

Monitor and optimize routing to ensure timely patient care and service delivery

Lead and mentor dispatch team members, providing guidance and support during shifts

Communicate effectively with healthcare facilities, drivers, and technicians to resolve scheduling conflicts

Maintain accurate records of dispatch logs, service calls, and operational data

Identify and escalate operational issues, ensuring swift resolution to minimize service disruptions

Requirements:

Prior experience in Medical office, dispatch, logistics coordination, or a related field required

Experience in healthcare, medical transport, or mobile imaging services strongly preferred

Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team

Excellent communication and multitasking abilities in a high-volume environment

Proficiency with dispatch software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or on-call as needed
