Job Summary
Responsibilities
Answer phones, assist with questions, and direct calls
Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and scan and email paperwork
Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
· Manage Monitor and follow-up on patient accounts.
· Support and assist other departments.
Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
Collect billing and medical records
Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
Process payments
Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
