You’ll be in charge of our administrative staff, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure our business is running smoothly. Responsibilities: • Perform additional human resources and office administration duties as needed • Lead office management including day-to-day operations, directing administrative assistants, and other secretarial duties • Keep office systems running smoothly including ordering office supplies, organizing filing systems, maintaining office equipment, optimizing the organizational budget, and scheduling meetings • Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors • Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization’s standards • Work with a third-party billing system and keep the EHR system accurate and up to date with office policies • Ability to address payments, EOBs, balances, and credits with patients • Keep up-to-date accounting and finances through our POS systems and mail • Ability to work with a team, while maintaining a thriving front and back office department that supplements every provider within our office Qualifications: • Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems • Over 2 years of prior management experience or similar work experience in an office environment • A healthcare background is recommended, but we are willing to train a highly motivated individual • References will be verified!
