    We are seeking a Bilingual, motivated, career-minded person to join our successful and busy chiropractic office! The position available is a Chiropractic Assistant for someone looking to truly make a difference and impact the lives of our community. Job description would include tasks such as, but not limited to: phones, data entry, insurance verification, office tours, consultations, assisting with exams/evaluations, patient education, taking any necessary x-rays, accounts receivable, and assisting with external marketing events. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, energetic, detail-oriented, organized, have an enthusiastic approach to customer service, a cheerful demeanor, EXCEPTIONAL interpersonal and phone communication skills, and be a team player. Responsibilities: • Outrageous customer service • Interaction with patients • Scheduling patients and collecting payments • High level of organizational skills • Internal and external marketing skills • Ability to work in a self-directed environment • Verifying and billing insurance, data entry, and accounts receivable management • Ability to problem solve and multitask Qualifications: • Bilingual (English/Spanish) • Customer service experience in the healthcare industry is preferred • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems, with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills Compensation: $16 - $20 hourly based on experience
