We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our outpatient medical clinic after business hours. This role is responsible for ensuring exam rooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas are cleaned and disinfected according to healthcare cleanliness standards.

Schedule:
Part-time, after business hours (typically evenings). Cleaning schedule approximately 2–3 days per week depending on clinic needs.

Responsibilities:
Clean and disinfect exam rooms, including exam tables, counters, chairs, and equipment surfaces
Sweep and mop floors throughout the clinic
Clean and sanitize restrooms
Empty trash and replace liners
Clean waiting areas, front desk areas, and staff offices
Wipe down high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, etc.)
Restock paper towels, toilet paper, and soap as needed
Follow infection control and sanitation guidelines appropriate for a healthcare setting
Secure the facility when leaving if scheduled as the last person in the building
Report any maintenance or supply issues to management

Qualifications:
Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred (medical facility experience a plus)
Ability to work independently and responsibly after hours
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform routine cleaning tasks

Cleaning occurs after patient care hours
