Are you a natural leader who thrives on organization, team building, and making a meaningful impact in healthcare? Allied Physical Therapy Wellness Community is seeking a Medical Office Manager to champion our mission, support our staff, and keep our growing practice running smoothly.
As our Office Manager, you’ll:
Lead, mentor, and support our Business Team, Wellness Techs, and Therapists
Oversee scheduling, onboarding, credentialing, and training for providers
Ensure efficient and compliant Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Facilitate internal communication and staff meetings, ensuring clarity and accountability
Coordinate strategic planning workshops, staff development events, and community-building activities
Partner with leadership on budgeting, hiring, and process improvement
Manage projects and keep initiatives aligned with organizational goals
Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in medical office or healthcare management
Working knowledge of EHR systems, credentialing, and billing/revenue cycle processes
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
High-empathy, team-first mindset with ability to resolve conflict constructively
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000/year (based on experience)
