    Medical Operations Coordinator Center (MOCC)


    Indiana public sector client is leading a multi-year, federally funded rural health transformation initiative focused on strengthening healthcare delivery, workforce capacity, and health outcomes across the state. This effort supports system-wide innovation, regional collaboration, infrastructure development, and expanded access to care for underserved and rural communities.

    This role contributes directly to statewide transformation efforts aimed at improving care coordination, integrating services across the health system, and driving sustainable, equitable health outcomes in underserved regions.

    Description of Duties:


    The MOCC Coordinator will support coordination and operational activities within a medical operations environment, working collaboratively with emergency medical services and public safety stakeholders.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Supporting coordination activities within a medical operations or emergency response environment
    • Collaborating with EMS professionals, dispatch personnel, and public safety partners
    • Assisting with project tracking, documentation, and operational planning activities
    • Facilitating communication across healthcare and emergency response stakeholders
    • Supporting strategic and collaborative initiatives designed to strengthen care coordination
    • Contributing to structured reporting and performance tracking efforts

    Desired Skills and Experience:


    • Experience as a current or former EMR, EMT, AEMT, paramedic, or public safety professional (e.g., 911 dispatch)
    • Strong project management skills
    • Demonstrated ability to work strategically and collaboratively
    • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

    Working Schedule and Travel:


    • Hybrid – Indianapolis (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
    • Periodic in-state travel as required

    Education:


    • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, public health, or related field
    • Master’s degree preferred
