    Pay Range:** $70,000-80,000 per year.

    Full Job Description:
    VitalCheck Wellness, as an independent contractor, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Operations Coordinator. You will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our healthcare delivery programs, assisting in internal workflows, coordinating across teams, and helping ensure a seamless experience for both our clients and our staff. This position blends operational logistics, client support, and cross-functional project coordination.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee scheduling, site coordination, and service execution to ensure seamless care delivery.
    • Support internal communications between clinical teams, clients, and operations staff.
    • Maintain clinic performance trackers and assist with reporting and data collection.
    • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements.
    • Serve as a liaison for clients and staff to troubleshoot delivery issues and ensure high satisfaction.
    • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and company standards.
    • Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned to support the needs of the team.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement) in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related healthcare field is required to be considered for this role.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience working in the healthcare field, specifically in clinical operations, coordination, or program management roles.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven success collaborating across clinical and administrative teams.
    • In-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and high computer literacy.
    • Must be able to reliably commute Midtown Manhattan, NY.
