Holistic & Spinal Rehabilitation Mentorship Opportunity (Part-Time)
Dr. Mac’s Medical Pain Management & Wellness Center | Woodbridge, VA
About the Opportunity
Dr. Henry A. McCleary, D.C., CSCS — a U.S. Army veteran with 37+ years of clinical experience and a published author in his field — is preparing for retirement and is looking for the right medical professional to train as his successor.
This is a rare, hands-on residency/mentorship position for a Medical Doctor (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant who wants to expand beyond conventional medicine into all-natural, holistic care and spinal rehabilitation. You will be personally trained by Dr. Mac in his proprietary instrument adjusting system, as well as the clinical and philosophical mindset of a holistic doctor of chiropractic — giving you an entirely new skill set and a deeper, whole-person approach to patient care.
No prior chiropractic or spinal adjusting experience is required. What matters most is being coachable and genuinely open to learning a new discipline.
What We’re Looking For
• Licensed MD, DO, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant
• No chiropractic or adjusting experience necessary
• Coachable and open-minded — willing to learn an entirely new clinical approach, including hands-on adjusting technique and holistic treatment philosophy
• Genuine interest in natural, conservative, whole-person patient care
What You’ll Learn
• Dr. Mac’s proprietary instrument adjusting system for spinal rehabilitation
• The clinical and philosophical mindset of a holistic doctor of chiropractic
• How to integrate natural, drug-free recovery methods into patient care
Position Details
• Schedule: Part-time, 8–12 hours per week
• Compensation: $1,600/month
• Growth path: Performance-based raise/compensation increase reviewed at 6 months
• Structure: Direct mentorship under Dr. McCleary, with a path toward eventually stepping into his role as he transitions into retirement
Why This Role Is Different
This isn’t a standard clinical position — it’s a succession-track mentorship for a medical professional who wants to learn a proven, natural, hands-on approach to spinal rehabilitation from someone with decades of clinical experience, with the opportunity to eventually take over an established practice
