Are you an energetic, bilingual professional looking to grow in a fast-paced medical setting? AFC Urgent Care in Union City is seeking a Part-Time Medical Front Desk Receptionist who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our dedicated and compassionate team.
This is a great opportunity to work weekday afternoons with some weekend flexibility, all while playing a key role in delivering exceptional care and service to our patients.
🌟 About the Role: As the first face patients see when they walk through our doors, you'll help create a welcoming and professional environment. You’ll be responsible for managing front desk operations and ensuring smooth communication between patients and clinical staff.

Greet and register patients; collect personal and insurance information
Assist patients with online registration and forms
Answer questions about services, wait times, and procedures
Schedule and confirm appointments and follow-ups
Maintain and update patient records and charts
Verify insurance details and handle billing/co-pay processing
Keep the front desk clean, stocked, and organized
Communicate effectively with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Answer phones and assist with administrative tasks as needed

Experience: 6 months–1 year in a fast-paced medical front desk or receptionist role
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using medical software, online forms, and Microsoft Office
Customer Service Mindset: Friendly, helpful, and always patient-focused
Weekend Availability: Must be open to working occasional weekends
Strong Communication & Multitasking Skills: Able to manage phones, patients, and paperwork seamlessly
