Development Is Child's Play is a beloved and respected pediatric therapy clinic located in Cupertino, California and we have been serving families in the Bay Area for over 30 years. We offer pediatric occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy to kids and families who need support with daily living. Role & Responsibilities Include
Opening/closing
Greeting clients
Scheduling clients
Billing
Helping clients by phone, email, in-person
Reviewing client paperwork
Creating client profiles
Cleaning the bathrooms and office
Managing volunteers
Checking mail
Coordinating events
Managing in-office projects
Tracking clinic supplies
Other projects, big and small, as needed!

Requirements
Ability to work in the US
3-5 years of office experience (preferred)
Full-time availability
Weekly Schedule
We are looking for someone who is available Monday through Friday during typical business hours
Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM would be the preferred schedule
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation for this role is $22 to $25 based on experience
This role is a full-time position, thus eligible for benefits after 90 days
1 day remote per week remote after 90 days
