About the Role
We are seeking a Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to support patient experience and front desk operations in a private medical practice setting. This position will start as a part-time job for the first 3-6 months and then transitioned to full-time.
Anderson Longevity Clinic@ is a patient-focused, cash-pay longevity clinic dedicated to helping individuals optimize their health, vitality, and confidence through personalized, evidence-based care. Our clinic specializes in hormone replacement therapy, medical weight management and weight loss, peptide therapies, advanced laboratory testing, and anti-aging medicine, all delivered in a calm, supportive environment.
As the front desk receptionist, you play a key role in creating a welcoming first impression, supporting a smooth patient experience, and helping our patients feel informed, respected, and cared for from their very first interaction.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare administration, patient scheduling, or medical office support who enjoys organization, communication, and delivering a calm, professional patient experience.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for patients in a medical office setting
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and calendar coordination
Support front desk operations and daily clinic flow
Answer phones, texts, and emails using professional healthcare communication standards
Assist with patient intake and administrative documentation
Maintain organized systems within an electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) environment
No insurance billing, verification, or prior authorizations required
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a medical receptionist, front desk coordinator, or patient services representative, two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
Confident communicator (phone + in person)
Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
Naturally warm but professional
Comfortable discussing premium services (without “selling”)
Takes ownership and accountability
Understands that kept appointments = patient care + business health
Medical front desk experience is a plus — mindset matters more.
Compensation & Growth
Base Pay Range (Full-Time)
$18.50 – $22.50 per hour
(Approximately $38,500 – $46,800 annually, after initial 3-6 month part-time period, based on a full-time schedule)
Compensation within this range is based on experience, communication skills, and ability to take ownership of front desk operations in a patient-focused, cash-pay medical environment.
Performance Bonuses
This role includes performance-based bonuses, for full-time candidates, is tied to appointment retention, schedule integrity, and patient experience. Team members who take ownership of the schedule and patient journey are rewarded directly for protecting clinic revenue.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional, compassionate, and ethical service in all interactions with patients
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff
Greet and room patients upon arrival for appointments
Make appointments utilizing the Acuity Scheduling portal
Process payments utilizing the Authorize.net portal
Maintain patient records utilizing the Practice Fusion portal
Proactively organize and prepare clipboards and appropriate documentation for patient appointments
Patiently and thoroughly answer in-scope patient questions that may include, but is not limited to, appointments, billing, or the mission of ALC in a timely manner
Direct patients to the appropriate resources
Participate in all sales initiatives, including but not limited to, encouraging and soliciting patient referrals as appropriate
Assists with maintaining the appearance of the clinic front of house
Complete all initial and future franchisor required training within the required timeframe

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
