Highlands Chiropractic & Wellness is seeking a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. We are hiring immediately, with training beginning in April and the regular schedule starting May 1. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into additional hours for the right person. We are a fast-paced, patient-focused wellness clinic that values professionalism, efficiency, and creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Schedule: • Training (April): Might include hours on Mondays, Tuesdays, and/or Thursdays • Starting May 1: Wednesday mornings (8am - 12pm) and Friday afternoons (12pm - 5pm) • Occasional fill-in shifts as needed • Opportunity for expanded hours over time Responsibilities: • Answering phones and assisting patients with questions • Greeting patients and creating a welcoming environment • Scheduling and managing appointments • Collecting payments and handling transactions • Supporting overall front desk operations and patient flow Qualifications: • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office • Friendly, outgoing, and professional • Quick learner with strong attention to detail • Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and technology • Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment • Reliable and punctual • Experience in medical administration or hospitality is a plus, but not required for the right candidate with the right attitude and willingness to learn. Compensation: $16.50 - $19 hourly
