    Responsibilities

    Greet every patient with a warm smile and positive attitude, setting the tone for a great visit.

    Be a trusted resource for patients, assisting with scheduling, paperwork, and general inquiries.

    Help patients navigate the check-in and check-out process with ease, compassion, and professionalism.

    Keep the front office organized, tidy, and inviting—helping the clinic run smoothly.

    Answer phones and respond to questions with clarity, empathy, and a commitment to patient care.

    Collect and manage payment information accurately and respectfully.

    Qualifications

    Experience: Prior experience in a medical front office setting is a plus, but a great attitude and eagerness to learn are most important.

    Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using computers, scheduling tools, and office software.

    Communication: Clear, compassionate, and professional communication is your strength.
