The Medical Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent front-desk support in a healthcare setting by greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner, managing appointments, handling phone calls, verifying insurance, collecting copays and assisting with other important administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth daily operations by maintaining accurate patient records, supporting clinical staff and delivering professional and compassionate customer service.
