    What You’ll Do:

    Coordinate and manage patient appointments to maintain a full, optimized schedule

    Greet patients warmly and provide professional, friendly assistance in person and by phone

    Handle high call volumes across multiple lines with confidence and care

    Check patients in and out efficiently while ensuring accuracy of information

    Verify insurance details and assist with related questions

    Collect co-pays and process payments accurately

    Support Personal Injury cases by communicating with attorneys and managing related documentation

    Perform general administrative tasks (filing, scanning, copying, mail handling)

    Monitor and restock office and medical supplies as needed

    What We’re Looking For:

    Strong communication skills with a polished and professional phone presence

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume environment

    Comfortable with data entry and general computer use (Microsoft Office proficiency required)

    Experience with multi-line phone systems and appointment coordination

    Previous administrative or medical office experience preferred

    Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
