SportsCare and Armworks Physical and Hand Therapy is a busy outpatient clinic with opportunity for growth and leadership. We are looking for a warm and inviting smile to welcome our patients and a sharp mind to process patient paperwork and keep the clinic front desk running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a heart for helping patients and providers, is ready and willing to work independently to accomplish the task at hand and has experience working the front desk of a medical clinic.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Verify patient insurance benefits
• Obtain prior authorizations
• Check in and schedule patients
• Answer phones
• Contribute to the clinic's growth and development

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurately and efficiently enter data using keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad.
• Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
• Demonstrate exceptional teamwork with coworkers to reduce confusion and errors.

Job Type:

• Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• One day a week available to come in late and work a 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. shift

Experience:

• 1 year of Front Office experience is required

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Certifications/Licenses:

• Any education or training preferred.

Pay:

• Pay starts at $18.00 per hour and is based on experience.
