Pain & Rehabilitation Physicians, P.C. A high-volume outpatient practice focused on musculoskeletal care, interventional pain management, and rehabilitation.

ANEW Regenerative Medicine Specialists, PLLC A rapidly expanding regenerative medicine practice offering non-surgical orthopedic treatments such as PRP and prolotherapy.

We are building a team that values professionalism, respect, and a high standard of patient care.

What You’ll Do

Greet and check in patients professionally and efficiently

Answer phones and schedule appointments

Assist with patient intake and verify basic information

Coordinate with clinical staff to maintain smooth patient flow

Collect payments and assist with checkout

Maintain a clean, organized front desk

What We’re Looking For

Reliable and punctual — shows up consistently

Calm, professional, and respectful with patients and staff

Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment

Strong communication skills

Previous medical or front desk experience preferred

Trainable and able to follow structure

Schedule

Temporary position (2–4+ weeks minimum)

Part-time to full-time hours depending on availability
