    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    Patient Greeting and Reception: Welcomes patients and visitors, maintains a clean and organized waiting area, and provides a calm, professional environment.

    Scheduling and Appointment Management: Schedules, reschedules, and cancels patient appointments, often optimizing provider time and ensuring a steady workflow.

    Patient Check-In and Check-Out: Verifies patient insurance coverage and identity, collects co-pays, and manages balances.

    Information Management: Maintains accurate patient records in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.

    Phone Management: Answers, screens, and directs calls; handles patient inquiries regarding appointments or simple billing questions.

    Administrative Support: Manages incoming/outgoing mail, orders office supplies, and maintains office equipment.

    Required Skills and Abilities**
