Responsibilities: • Oversee TheraCorp’s day-to-day office operations to maintain an efficient, organized, and client-centered environment. • Track and report on accountability measures to support smooth and effective operations. • Act as the first point of contact by warmly welcoming clients, managing a high volume of calls, and providing clear, accurate information. • Coordinate scheduling and respond to prospective client inquiries while effectively communicating TheraCorp’s policies and procedures. • Handle administrative duties, including maintaining accurate client records, processing payments, and managing correspondence. • Work closely with clinicians and team members to align schedules and ensure seamless daily workflows. • Demonstrate and uphold TheraCorp’s core values in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and partners. Qualifications: • Two years of administrative experience preferred. • Strong Organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and in high-pressure situations while managing multiple tasks, team members, and responsibilities. • Experience in the provision of mental health services is a plus, but not required. • Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities. • Strong computer skills. Compensation: $20 hourly
