Responsibilities: • Oversee TheraCorp’s daily office operations to ensure an efficient, organized, and client-focused environment. • Monitoring and reporting accountability to ensure efficient operations • Address and resolve operational issues promptly, supporting a culture of continuous improvement. • Serve as the first point of contact by greeting clients warmly, managing a high volume of phone calls, and delivering accurate, timely information. • Schedule appointments and respond to potential client inquiries while clearly communicating TheraCorp’s policies and procedures. • Manage administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate client records, processing payments, and handling correspondence. • Collaborate closely with clinicians and team members to coordinate schedules and support seamless daily operations. • Model and uphold TheraCorp’s core values in every interaction with clients, colleagues, and partners. Qualifications: • Two years of administrative experience preferred • Organizational skills • Ability to work independently and under pressure, while managing multiple tasks, staff members, and responsibilities • Experience in the provision of mental health services is preferred, but not required. • Two years of administrative experience preferred • Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities. • Strong computer skills • Ability to work independently and under pressure, while managing multiple tasks. Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly DOE
