    Location: Yarmouth Port, MA · Full-Time, In Person · Hours: Mon–Thu 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Fri 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. · Pay: $20.00–$27.00 per hour (based on experience)

    Urology Associates of Cape Cod is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy medical office. We are looking for someone who is professional, compassionate, and committed to providing an exceptional patient experience.

    • A year-round, predictable schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. No nights or weekends.
    • A small, supportive team where you work directly with the physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, with on-site training provided.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Greet patients and assist with the check-in process.
    • Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information.
    • Collect copayments and process payments.
    • Ensure all required patient forms and documentation are completed accurately.
    • Maintain accurate patient information in our electronic medical record, eClinicalWorks (eCW).
    • Communicate effectively with physicians, clinical staff, and patients.
    • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
    • Keep the reception area organized and welcoming.
    • Assist with general administrative duties to support daily office operations.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Previous medical receptionist or healthcare office experience preferred.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency with computers and office software.
    • Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) or another electronic medical record, and familiarity with medical terminology, is a plus.
    • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude; able to work both independently and collaboratively.
