Medical Records Clerk PRN
Job Summary: Maintains and reviews the medical records to assure the timely completion and proper authentication of all records. Safeguards the medical records while making them readily accessible at all times.

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma/GED; and six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computers skills with Windows Operating System, Work Excel, Access, and Exchange.
**Language Skills: **Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to patients, physicians, and other employees of the Surgery Center.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
