    Medical Records Supervisor (Full-Time, In-Office) Sedaghat Law Group, APC Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour (DOE)

    Sedaghat Law Group, APC is looking for a driven, experienced, and highly organized Medical Records Supervisor to lead and strengthen our medical records department. This is a key leadership role within our personal injury firm, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is ready to help push a team to perform at a high level.

    Position Requirements:

    Minimum 2 years of personal injury experience required

    At least 1 year of experience handling medical records requests

    Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills

    Core Responsibilities:

    Manage and oversee the daily operations of the medical records department

    Supervise, train, and support medical records staff to ensure productivity and accuracy

    Review files to prepare cases for the demands department

    Ensure timely ordering, follow-up, and receipt of medical records and billing

    Maintain department workflow, deadlines, and quality control standards

    Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and organization

    Communicate with providers, staff, and attorneys regarding records status and case needs

    Step in to assist with records requests and follow-ups when necessary
