We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Medical Referral Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to ensure seamless referrals and timely access to specialized care.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate medical referrals, authorizations, and scheduling
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary approvals
• Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies
• Maintain accurate records and track referral status
• Identify and resolve referral-related issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical certification preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in medical referrals or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in medical terminology and insurance processes
