Your Office Is the Las Vegas Valley!!
If your perfect workday involves sitting quietly behind a computer for eight hours, this probably is not your role.
But if you love meeting new people, building genuine connections, staying on the move, and bringing great energy wherever you go, keep reading.
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, upbeat, and relationship-driven Business Development Representative to help grow our referral network throughout Southern Nevada.
This is not a traditional desk position.
Your office is the Las Vegas Valley, and your workday may take you from a clinic to clinic, with a lunch meeting, networking event, and a few new introductions sprinkled in between.
Yes, there is a lot of driving.
Yes, you will meet a lot of people.
And yes, we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys both.
About the Opportunity
We are an established healthcare organization specializing in the personal injury industry.
Our success is built on strong relationships with attorneys, medical providers, imaging centers, urgent care centers, and other community partners.
This role is not about delivering a stiff, rehearsed sales pitch.
It is about walking into a room with confidence, starting conversations, remembering names, following through, and becoming someone our referral partners are genuinely happy to see.
The right person for this role is naturally warm, positive, professional, and full of personality.
You should be the type of person who can make someone feel comfortable within the first few minutes of meeting you.
Let’s Be Honest: You Will Hear “No”
You may hear:
“No, thank you.”
“We already have someone.”
“Maybe another time.”
“That is not something we need right now.”
And that is completely okay.
A “no” is not the end of the conversation. Sometimes it is simply the beginning of a relationship that needs a little more time.
We are looking for someone who can stay positive, keep the door open, follow up professionally, and move on to the next opportunity without letting rejection steal their sparkle.
This Is Definitely Not a Desk Job
Schedule & Availability
This role is primarily Monday through Friday, 8a-5p, but relationship-building does not always follow a perfect 9-to-5 schedule.
Occasionally, a referral partner or member of the community may need assistance outside regular business hours, including evenings or weekends. The person in this role must be accessible, responsive, and willing to jump in when a time-sensitive need arises.
This does not mean you will spend every weekend working. It does mean we are looking for someone dependable who understands that great relationships sometimes come with an after-hours phone call, text, or quick request.
You will spend a significant amount of time driving throughout the Las Vegas Valley and visiting current and prospective referral partners.
Your days may include:
Visiting medical practices
Introducing yourself to new potential partners
Checking in with existing referral relationships
Coordinating lunches, meetings, and office visits
Attending networking and community events
Delivering marketing materials
Following up on previous conversations
Tracking visits, notes, and next steps
There will be some administrative work, including scheduling, documenting visits, updating follow-up records, and staying organized.
However, this role is designed for someone who would rather be out building relationships than watching the clock from behind a desk.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and maintain strong relationships with attorneys, medical providers, and community partners.
Identify new business and referral opportunities.
Regularly visit current and prospective referral partners.
Coordinate lunches, meetings, office visits, and networking events.
Follow up consistently and professionally.
Track marketing activities and maintain accurate records.
Learn our services and confidently communicate how we can help.
Represent our organization with professionalism, warmth, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Bring positive energy to the people and places you visit.
You May Be a Great Fit If You Are
Naturally outgoing, cheerful, and comfortable meeting new people.
Someone who enjoys starting conversations with complete strangers.
Confident without being pushy.
Professional without being overly formal.
Friendly, memorable, and easy to talk to.
Organized enough to manage a busy field schedule.
Motivated by goals, growth, and building something meaningful.
Resilient when a conversation does not go as planned.
Comfortable working independently while remaining connected to the team.
The type of person who brings good energy into a room.
Requirements
Please apply only if you meet the following qualifications:
Minimum of two years of outside sales, business development, or personal injury industry experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable introducing yourself to new people and visiting businesses in person.
Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and resilient.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Willing and able to drive frequently throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
Comfortable attending lunches, meetings, and networking events.
Able to maintain accurate follow-up records and manage administrative responsibilities.
Compensation and Benefits
We believe great energy and great work should be rewarded.
Our compensation and benefits include:
Starting salary of $80,000
Performance-based bonus program
Mileage reimbursement
Flexible schedule
Paid time off
Medical insurance with an employer contribution toward the employee premium
Dental insurance with an employer contribution toward the employee premium
Vision insurance with an employer contribution toward the employee premium
401(k) retirement plan with employer match
Career growth and advancement opportunities
A role that allows you to build meaningful relationships throughout the Las Vegas community
