We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Marketer to join our team in Manhattan, focusing on the vibrant area below 100th Street. This role is pivotal in driving referrals for our IV-based treatments, which address a range of illnesses, including autoimmune disorders, neurological conditions, and chronic infections. The Medical Sales Marketer will build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals to promote Wells Infusion Centers' services. Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Outreach Strategies : Identify and target physicians' offices, hospitals, and clinics in Manhattan below 100th Street to generate referrals for IV-based treatments, using a combination of in-person visits, presentations, and networking events.
- Build and Maintain Relationships : Foster long-term partnerships with healthcare providers, including primary care physicians, specialists, hospital discharge planners, and case managers, to ensure a steady stream of patient referrals.
- Educate Healthcare Professionals : Conduct lunch-and-learn sessions, breakfast meetings, and one-on-one discussions to inform doctors and hospital staff about the benefits of Wells Infusion Centers' IV therapies, emphasizing patient outcomes and ease of referral processes.
- Track and Report Sales Activities : Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, including calls, visits, referrals, and follow-ups, using CRM software to monitor progress and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with clinical staff and insurance specialists to ensure seamless communication between referral sources and the infusion center, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends : Keep abreast of advancements in IV-based treatments, competitor offerings, and healthcare regulations to position Wells Infusion Centers as a leader in the field.
- Meet Sales Targets : Achieve quarterly and annual referral goals, contributing to the growth of the patient census and overall revenue.

Qualifications
- Experience : Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of marketing to medical offices, hospitals, or healthcare facilities. Experience in generating referrals for specialty treatments or pharmaceuticals is highly preferred.
- Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including physician office dynamics, hospital referral processes, and insurance navigation. Familiarity with IV-based therapies or infusion services is a plus.
- Sales Skills : Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to articulate the value of Wells Infusion Centers' services to diverse audiences.

Compensation
