    This Is a Hunter Role


    TheCyberOS protects specialty medical practices from ransomware, downtime, and data breaches that shut offices down and jeopardize patient care.

    If you’re driven by commissions, competition, and closing—this role is for you.

    What You’ll Do

    • Hunt and close new privately owned specialty medical practices
    • Run outbound prospecting and discovery conversations
    • Expose real risks: downtime, ransomware, HIPAA exposure
    • Position TheCyberOS as an operations survival system , not IT
    • Own your pipeline, forecasts, and close rates
    • Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets

    Commission & Upside

    • Uncapped commission — no ceilings

    • Top performers earn multiples of base pay

    First 90 Days: What You’ll Accomplish

    30 Days: Master the offer, ICP, and sales process; start outbound prospecting

    60 Days: Build pipeline, run discovery calls, close first deals

    90 Days : Hit targets, earn accelerators, establish predictable revenue


    Experience That Helps

    • Medical, healthcare, or B2B sales
    • 2+ years proven experience
    • Selling to physicians or practice owners
    • CRM-driven sales environments (HubSpot) (We train the cyber side—you bring the drive.)
