    Compensation: $85K Base / $150K+ OTE
    Commission:10.5% – 20%

    Overview

    Fallstaff Search is recruiting for a Territory Manager
    to join a growing medical device team in the Columbus, Ohio market. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated Associate Sales Representative or early-career medical device sales professional looking to step into a full territory and accelerate their career. This role will focus primarily on podiatry and foot & ankle business, working closely with physicians and clinical teams to support procedural growth and product adoption. The territory offers strong internal support and collaboration with clinical specialists to help drive success in the field.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and grow business across the Columbus territory
    • Build relationships with podiatrists, foot & ankle surgeons, and orthopedic specialists
    • Support and expand podiatry-focused procedural business
    • Partner with clinical specialists
    for case support and physician education
    • Drive product adoption through training, clinical support, and consistent account engagement
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
    • Maintain a strong presence within hospitals, surgery centers, and physician practices

    Ideal Candidate

    • 2+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience
    • Experience as an Associate Sales Rep (ASR)
    or a similar role considered
    • Background in orthopedics, sports medicine, spine, or foot & ankle
    is highly preferred
    • Comfortable working in clinical and procedural environments
    • Highly motivated, competitive, and eager to grow within medical device sales
    • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
