Territory Sales Representative — Neuromodulation

Territory: St. Louis, MO or Kansas City, MO

Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 base | $200,000 OTE (uncapped)

Fallstaff Search is partnering with a leading neuromodulation company to identify a high-caliber Territory Sales Representative to lead and grow a defined territory covering St. Louis or Kansas City.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical specialist with neuromodulation experience who is ready to step into full sales ownership and take the next level in their commercial career.

The Opportunity

This role offers a clear transition from clinical support into territory leadership, with strong earnings potential and long-term growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for expanding utilization, managing key accounts, and building durable relationships across pain management and orthopedic practices.

Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth and utilization within the assigned territory

Build relationships with pain management and orthopedic physicians

Support cases and clinical activity

Execute territory business plans to meet or exceed quota

Requirements:

Neuromodulation experience preferred (sales or clinical)

Relationships in pain management and/or orthopedics a plus

Self-motivated with strong clinical and sales aptitude
