    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Medical Sales Representative to join our team! As a Medical Sales Representative, you will spend your time reaching out to medical facilities, engineers, and purchasing agents to talk about their current medical needs, take time to understand what they are looking for, and offer competitive, accurate price quotes on parts and services. You will also manage relationships with existing clients, stay up to date with industry trends, and maintain a good working knowledge of all products and services offered to be a true resource for our clients. The ideal candidate has demonstrable sales experience, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to absorb and retain complex information.

    Responsibilities

    • Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, emails, and other outreach
    • Document all sales activity in Salesforce, including cold calls, emails, requests, and orders
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, service companies, and resellers
    • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
    • Maintain awareness of gross margin targets and price accordingly to support profitability
    • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics
    • Attend industry events or customer meetings as needed (some travel required)

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience selling medical equipment, parts, and/or service required

    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

    • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts
