Requisite Qualifications Being a natural go-getter. -Charismatic, bubbly personality with leadership skills who likes to “take charge” when appropriate and motivate others. -Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills; including the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization including the executive leadership team. -Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving skills. -Comfortable working with Microsoft Office programs (especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint) in addition to HubSpot CRM experience. -Basic computer operating skills. -Enjoys staff camaraderie and fun.
Job Qualifications -Education: College degree
Job Duties -Visit our network of referring doctors in the Greater Los Angeles area to educate them and their staff on our procedures and benefits to their patients in order to foster greater patient referrals to our practice.
Follow up and converting old and new leads via Zoom, phone, email and text. -Manages own lead list through an advanced HubSpot CRM system and Zoom meeting calendar for daily meetings with leads and clients. -Support the manager’s with duties and responsibilities. -Obtains high standards towards meeting goals.
-Be trained for management responsibilities that include but not limited to review staff Zoom calls, phone calls, review reports, generate reports, create PowerPoint presentations for staff meetings, and various managerial duties.
Other Duties include, but are not limited to: -Send hand-written "Thank You" cards to clients along with other thoughtful celebratory cards. -Taking and posting client payments.
