We are adding to our team a "go-getter" who is foremost intelligent, goal-oriented and has a strong work ethic.     Scheduling leads and patients for procedures and office appointments with Dr. Brian. Follow up and convert old and new leads via Zoom, phone, email and text. Manages own lead list through an advanced HubSpot CRM system and Zoom meeting calendar for daily meetings with leads and clients. Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Support the manager(s) with duties and responsibilities such as checking in patients. Obtains high standards towards meeting goals.

    Other Duties include, but are not limited to: Send hand-written "Thank You" cards to clients along with other thoughtful cards. Taking and posting patient payments.

    Responding to postop patient questions.
