Revive Therapy Plus Wellness LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and personable Medical Scheduler to join our growing team in Oklahoma City, OK. Responsibilities:

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments across multiple providers and service lines

Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Verify patient insurance eligibility and collect necessary demographic information

Coordinate referrals and communicate with healthcare providers, staff, and patients

Maintain accurate patient records within the electronic health record (EHR) system

Follow up on cancellations and no-shows to optimize provider schedules

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards

Requirements:

Prior experience in medical scheduling, medical reception, or a healthcare administrative role preferred

Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and medical scheduling software

Must have 2-3 years scheduling experiance

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment

Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a professional attitude

High school diploma or equivalent required
