Position Summary: Luxe Radiance Aesthetic & Wellness is hiring a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to provide real-time documentation support for our physician. This position improves workflow efficiency and ensures precise, timely medical records so providers can remain fully focused on patient care.

Key Responsibilities: • Document patient encounters in real time within the EMR • Complete accurate and timely medical charting • Assist with organizing clinical information and visit summaries • Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance • Support overall clinic efficiency and physician workflow

Qualifications: • Prior medical scribing or medical terminology experience preferred • Strong typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment • Professional communication and organizational skills • Commitment to confidentiality and high ethical standards
