    What We’re Looking For:

    • Licensed Medical Social Worker in good standing with the state of Arizona.
    • Master’s Degree in Social Work.
    • At least one year of supervised post-certification experience in a healthcare setting (home health experience preferred).
    • Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
