Majestic MD Spa is seeking a polished and service-driven Medical Spa Assistant to join our team in a high-touch, patient-focused environment. This is a client-facing role for someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional, seamless experience at every interaction.

You’ll be supporting clients through cutting-edge wellness therapies, so we’re looking for someone who is open-minded, naturally curious, and excited to grow in an innovative space.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a refined, concierge-level client experience from arrival through follow-up

Assist with patient flow, scheduling, and overall maintaining a luxury experience for clients

Support clients before, during, and after services (including hyperbaric oxygen therapy)

Communicate confidently about services in a consultative, service-oriented manner

Maintain an impeccable, organized, and welcoming environment

Manage client communications, follow-ups, and retention touchpoints

Contribute to practice growth through service and relationship-building

Qualifications

Background in hospitality, luxury retail, medical, or spa environments preferred

Exceptional customer service skills and professional presence (required)

Sales experience or a consultative mindset (highly desired)

Open-minded with a strong interest in innovative wellness therapies

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to anticipate client needs

Comfortable in a fast-paced, boutique setting

Positive, proactive, and team-oriented
