We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Spa Receptionist to join our team. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for providing administrative support in a medical office setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in various computer systems, and have a strong understanding of medical administrative processes.
Duties:
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Schedule appointment
Verify patient information and update medical records
Collect payments
Manage patient flow and ensure timely check-in and check-out
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the business, including laundry, restocking and inventory processes
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a medical or spa required
Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems (preferred)
Strong knowledge of medical administrative processes and HIPAA regulations
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
