What You'll Do:
Sales & Engagement Leadership:
· Drive revenue growth by converting leads into consultations, and consultations into personalized wellness and aesthetics solutions.
· Track and exceed KPIs like average revenue per service, consultation-to-conversion rate, client retention, and membership sales.
· Achieve center sales goals while representing the brand at local events and building community partnerships/awareness.
· Partner with marketing to bring campaigns to life.
Customer Service Excellence:
· You will set the gold standard in client experiences, ensuring every visit exceeds expectations.
Team Leadership:
· Recruit, inspire, train and grow a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
· Provide coaching, accountability, and recognition to fuel motivation.
· Empower team to create client success outcomes.
Operations Excellence: · Achieve seamless daily operations. From scheduling, to compliance, to client experience. From vendor management to service fulfillment. · Maintain 4Ever Young's brand standards, from ambiance to inventory management, using cutting-edge tools like Zenoti. · Monitor and improve KPIs such as sales performance, average revenue per service, cross sell, client satisfaction, time-to-service delivery, and efficiency.
· Implement, track and refine 4Ever Way Service Path to maximize impact for both clients and staff.
What You'll Bring: ● Leadership Experience: Experience in management, operations and sales, ideally in the medical spa industry and/or wellness centers.
● People Skills: A natural ability to connect, communicate, and build relationships.
● Operational Acumen: A data-driven decision maker who knows how to translate numbers into operational action.
● Sales Drive: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals. A motivator who thrives on reaching targets and inspires others to do the same.
● Tech Savvy: Familiarity with scheduling and operational software is a plus.
Pay, Perks & Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary, with a base range of $50,000 - $60,000, depending on experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation opportunities, such as performance bonuses, are available.
