We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Care Representative Manager to lead and develop our CCR team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence across our division.
The pay range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 salary. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
As a CCR Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations of the Customer Care team, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining strong collaboration across departments. You will also play a key role in talent management—hiring, training, and coaching team members to deliver outstanding support to our Account Managers (AMs), referrals, and customers.
Lead and manage the daily activities of the Customer Care team
Recruit, train, and develop CCR staff while driving high performance and engagement
Monitor workloads and align team capacity to meet service goals
Ensure timely, accurate order processing and proactive communication with Account Managers
Promote a customer-first culture by resolving escalated customer concerns with professionalism
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain continuity and accuracy throughout the order lifecycle
Use data and team input to identify process improvements and workflow enhancements
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven leadership skills with experience managing customer service or support teams
Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities
Solid understanding of order processing systems, customer service best practices, and funding/payer requirements
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
