As our Medical Supply Management Coordinator, you are the force behind the scenes that keeps every clinic powered, prepared, and primed to deliver care at the highest level.

You’re not here to punch the clock. You’re here to drive performance, cut through chaos, and make sure every team at every Primmed location—including Pahrump—has what they need to operate with power, precision, and purpose.

🎯 What You’ll OWN:

Inventory Intelligence: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of supplies and equipment—never under, never over. You know what’s needed before anyone else does.

Strategic Ordering: Place smart, timely orders aligned with real-time needs, budget goals, and demand forecasting. Be the link between necessity and execution.

Vendor Leadership: Coordinate with vendors like a pro—verify shipments, reconcile invoices, solve problems before they start.

Organization Mastery: Keep supply areas clean, orderly, labeled, and locked in. Chaos has no place in your system.

Multi-Location Coordination: Ensure seamless supply distribution across all Primmed sites—from the central hubs to our incredible team in Pahrump.

Process Optimization: Conduct inventory audits, update records, streamline systems, and push for continuous improvement every step of the way.

Team Collaboration: Partner with clinical teams to identify needs, fix shortages fast, and keep the engine running at full throttle.

Regulatory Vigilance: Ensure all materials are stored, labeled, and tracked in line with OSHA, manufacturer guidelines, and best practices.

Equipment Flow: Support scheduling and coordination for equipment maintenance and vendor communication.

Cost & Compliance: Track supply usage, analyze costs, and help drive efficiency through smart, data-backed decisions.

Waste Reduction: Be a champion of resourcefulness. Help us save smart, spend right, and waste nothing.

Stay Ahead: Be informed on recalls, discontinued items, and industry changes. Anticipate—don’t react.

🧠 What You Bring to the Arena:

High School Diploma (required); Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, logistics, or related field (preferred).

1–2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory, or materials management—bonus if it’s in a clinical or medical setting.

A brain wired for organization, a heart tuned to service, and a spirit that takes action.

Tech-savviness—strong with Microsoft Office and inventory software.

People skills that build relationships, solve problems, and drive outcomes.

Bonus: You know the world of DME, medical supplies, and vendor negotiation.

Physical stamina to lift up to 40 lbs and move with purpose as you restock, deliver, and lead on the move.
