Location: Roseburg, OR (with support to associated CBOCs)

Salary Range: $47,174 - $58,240 per year ($22.68 - $28.00/hr)

Position Overview

CLFC Healthcare and Communications is hiring Medical Support Assistants to support the Roseburg VA Health Care System and associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics in southern Oregon. Connect Veterans to timely Community Care appointments through consult scheduling, provider coordination, and seamless access management.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Community Care consults in VA systems (CPRS and EHRM).
• Coordinate appointments with Veterans and community providers.
• Manage Electronic Waiting Lists within required timeframes.
• Maintain daily productivity standards per VISN 20 expectations.
• Return voicemails within 24 hours; respond to urgent IMs within 5 minutes.
• Maintain HIPAA and VA privacy compliance.

Required Qualifications

US Citizenship. English proficiency. High school diploma/GED. One year specialized healthcare admin experience. 6 KSAs per Amendment 0001.

Compensation: $47,174-$58,240/yr (W-2). Health insurance, PTO, 401(k), professional development.
