We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Med-Surg Telemetry inpatient unit. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work independently, and experience in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Schedule:

Night shift: 3 x 12-hour shifts

Assignment based in Aiken, SC

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality inpatient nursing care to Med Surg Telemetry patients

Monitor telemetry and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient care

Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and clinical workflows

Required Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse license in the practicing state/district

Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program

Minimum 2 years of inpatient nursing experience

Med Surg Telemetry and telemetry experience

At least 6 months of travel nurse experience

Cerner EMR experience

NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS certifications

CPI certification (Crisis Prevention Institute NCI with Advanced Physical Skills Training)
