Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Med-Surg RN) | Fort Walton Beach, FL | $60K–$90K

We're hiring a compassionate and dependable Med-Surg RN to join a dynamic acute care team in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of RN experience who is looking to grow in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit.

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) unit
• Perform patient assessments, medication administration, and care planning
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in real time
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality care
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure compliance with protocols
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge care

What We're Looking For:

• Active Florida RN license (or compact)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience (Med-Surg or acute care preferred)
• Strong skills in patient care, time management, and critical thinking
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment
