Professionals including specialty doctors, internal medicine physicians, physical therapists, and more within nursing home facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and place qualified medical professionals in nursing home settings.
• Talent Sourcing: Proactively hunt for candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain a robust network of medical professionals, including partnerships with colleges, universities, and hospitals.
• Onsite Engagement: Visit hospitals, medical schools, and healthcare events to identify and attract top talent.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Offer Management: Negotiate compensation packages and draft offer letters.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed on healthcare hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in long-term care or nursing home settings.
• Strong understanding of medical roles and credentialing requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel locally for recruitment events and hospital visits.
