Medical Technologist (MT)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Medical Technologist to join a top healthcare client in Panama City, FL. In this role, you will perform laboratory testing that supports the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.

What You'll Do

• Perform lab testing in areas such as:

  • Hematology

  • Clinical Chemistry

  • Blood Bank

  • Microbiology

  • Urinalysis

  • Coagulation and Serology

• Analyze and report test results accurately

• Receive and handle specimens and supplies

• Troubleshoot lab equipment and document corrective actions

• Perform quality control checks and follow lab procedures

• Assist with phlebotomy and specimen accessioning

• Train new employees or students as needed

What We're Looking For

• State license as a Medical Technologist (Generalist) or eligible to obtain one

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field

• MT / MLS certification required to start

• ASCP or equivalent certification preferred

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
