    Job Summary

    Up Clinics is a multi-specialty clinic and imaging center with multiple providers, expanding its services.

    We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures to ensure the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include supervising the staff, distributing medical office duties among staff, ensuring that jobs are completed perfectly and error-free, coordinating with clients' monthly meetings, scheduling meetings, coordinating with credentialing, and recredentialing all providers for insurance companies. Obtaining all licenses and regulatory certificates, coordinating with billing, training the office staff, covering office staff in their absence, involved in hiring, terminating the staff, maintaining office equipment, and all office-related work.

    The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures. The manager should have at least 3 years of experience in medical and imaging facilities.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's or master's degree related to health care and business

    Previous experience as an Office Manager in the medical field or imaging centers

    Understanding of office equipment, medical imaging, systems, and procedures

    Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook

    Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
